The structure principle of flake ice machine:

1. Evaporator.

The evaporator is where the ice flakes are formed. The refrigerant in the refrigeration system exchanges heat with water through the inner wall of the evaporator, absorbs a large amount of heat, and rapidly cools the water flowing over the inner wall of the evaporator to a temperature below the freezing point, and freezes instantly.

2. Water supply circulation device.

The water supply circulation device includes a water tank, a water pump, a water supply pipe, a water diffuser, and a water receiving plate and a trough. The specific flow route of the water is: the water flow from the external water source enters the water tank, and there is a floating ball valve in the water tank to control the water level in the water tank.
